The requesting CDISC Member Organization with an active CDISC Membership and CDISC.org account uses the Account Request Form to submit a request for a CDISC Library account.

CDISC Library Support Technician

Performs the steps to provision or deactivate a CDISC Library account.

Azure Active Directory Administrator

Accesses the Azure Active Directory B2C Tenant to complete the associated tasks.

Membership TeamA division of CDISC that oversees the membership of CDISC Member Organizations and maintains a list of active CDISC Member Organizations.  Membership-related inquiries should be deferred to this team as they do not fall under the purview of CDISC Library Support.

1.0CDISC Library Support Technician

Receives a CDISC Library account request

in one of several ways

, either:

  • In the form of an
electronic submission by an authenticated CDISC member organization
generic
  • written request for a CDISC Library account.
  • By way of a line-of-business request by an authorized CDISC employee on behalf of an organization or user.
  • (include membership in a step, that the organization is a standing member... the handoff is performed by the system and not manually)

    Note:  It is strongly preferred that all requests be submitted through the Account Request Form.  If an informal request is received, the CDISC Library Support Technician should direct the requesting party to the Account Request Form if appropriate.  Exceptions may be granted by CDISC Management.

    2.0CDISC Library Support Technician

    Reviews the account request for the following prior to inputting the request in Jira:

    • Requestor is from a CDISC Member Organization listed on Our Members.
    • The CDISC Member Organization will not exceed their account allowance, referenced on the "Account Allowance" tab of the CLIB Users SharePoint file.
    2.1CDISC Library Support Technician

    Ensures that the account request was received from an active CDISC member organization.

    2.2CDISC Library Support TechnicianConfirms that the requesting member organization will not exceed their account allowance.
