This CDISC Operating Procedure (COP) details the steps to provision or deactivate a CDISC Library account. This COP should be used when a user or member requests an account to access the CDISC Library, housed in the Data Standards Browser (DSB), or when an active Library account needs to be deactivated.
This COP should be used by the CDISC Library Support Technician and Azure Active Directory Administrator when creating or deactivating an account. For issues relating to incomplete account requests, obtaining proper authorization, and "edge cases," please refer to COP ____ – "CDISC Library Accounts: Request Review."
The account request being used for this process should be complete and all necessary authorizations obtained prior to beginning.
