For Foundational Standards:
All projects should be tracked by the Team Leads. CDISC Leadership prepares an annual technical plan that lists the major projects for all foundational teams.
For Therapeutic Area Standards:
All CFAST projects are tracked using a standard project plan template. The project plan template contains milestones and activities that correspond with those listed in the Standards Development Process Map and this Process Guideline. The CDISC Program Planner and the respective Project Manager maintain the project plans.
