The focus of the meeting will be to finalize the meeting agenda for our first post-pandemic Face-2-Face meeting on March 14 in Sulzbach/Ts. Some volunteers have already been found, but we still need to fill some free slots in the afternoon. Here we urgently need your help. - CDISC Interchange Europe Copenhagen - Special Passes offered by Andrea Vadakin
As the Europe Interchange is coming up soon, in appreciation of the work that the German User Group has done to promote CDISC, we are pleased to offer 5 special passes to the 2-day conference (26-27 April) to User Group for members who have not attended a CDISC Interchange (virtual or in-person) over the past 3 years. The special pass is 50% discount off of the regular non-member price = US$730. The fee will be $858 after March 3rd.
Please send an email to events@CDISC.org to let us know the individuals who will take advantage of this special concession and we will reach out to them to help with registration to the conference.

As discussed in today's meeting, I am once again sending everyone the current version of the March 14 meeting agenda. Since only a few people participated in today's TC and unfortunately we could not yet allocate all slots to volunteers, I would like to ask again for your help in shaping our UG meeting. If you have any questions or are interested in potential topics or contributions, please feel free to contact me or Stefanie (mailto:stefanie.sturm@mainanalytics.de). Even if you have a topic of your own that might not fit the agenda at first glance, please get in touch. This is the only way we can continue to offer such events in the future.
Organizational details from today's meeting:
- We would like to ask you to send your registration/participation for the F-2-F event by email to Ms. Besch from mainanalytics (mailto:katrin.besch@mainanalytics.de) not much later than the end of February. If you are interested in attending the dinner the night before (March 13), please include this in your email as well. Our hosts need the numbers until the end of February to organize the catering and the rooms accordingly. Of course, individual late registrations are also possible.
- Kurt Hellstern was also present at today's meeting and has confirmed his participation for March 14.
- Apparently there is another event taking place in the Rhine/Main area in the same period as our F-2-F meeting and the booking situation at the recommended hotels is already tight. Please consider this in your further planning and book in time.
- The ongoing survey TOI (Tools of Interest) for our upcoming lecture series in 2023 has unfortunately been used by only a few participants so far. Your participation would be greatly appreciated for a representative result. The survey in the CDISC Wiki is still active until March 09.
