Date Present Notes

1. Teams need to track their volunteer hours: Make announcements on all CT team meetings this week and next. https://www.cdisc.org/form/volunteer-hours. To be entered by team, CT is considered 1 team. •We have staff dedicated to onboarding volunteers and working to make a more consistent orientation experience, including volunteer training. •Will also be tracking volunteer hours. The SEND team piloted this and it will roll out to all teams this year. •Link: https://www.cdisc.org/form/volunteer-hours •This will be for all volunteers. •Preferably once a month at the end of the month. •Public reviews count as volunteer hours. •For cross-functional work, enter the hours under your primary team •After a few weeks/months, develop an FAQ.

2. CT High Level Principles: Status and please review.

3. Header Change Proposal - update on next steps.

4. Who has access to wiki CT team space? Who can upload, who can download, who can see? We need to figure out what types of permissions to set. Chris to follow-up to see how to set permissions such that CT team members and others can see the pages and download files but not upload files or delete files. There may be several different levels of permissions. Looks like the permission to edit the page and upload files to a file list are bundled together. Chris will remove the permissions. Anna PZ will test this (she was granted permissions so will be the positive control. Need a negative control). The list for full permissions will be: Chris, Jordan, Craig, Erin, AnnaPZ, Donna Sattler, Roberta, Joe Ben.

5. Updates to Multiple term request tracking form. No need for public review, though we do need to create a short communications document letting people know we've changed it. Glossary requirements - When submitting definitions for new glossary terms, please include the citation from where the definition was pulled. Remove grey columns Craig offers to update the team working documents (as he comes across issues; not in a systematic way) so that they all look the same in terms of the numbers of columns Action for the four of us

6. Portal Migration: What additional documents do we need to move from portal onto wiki? Craig will move the final working docs from all past packages into teh wiki and the public review files. Discuss this on the next call the week of Feb 12.

Sometime the week of Feb 12
