Some users report issues with verification after signing up and are unable to sign in.  The workaround is to return to the sign in page after completing sign up.


If you...Steps to Follow
Receive a message that says "We Can't Seem to Find Your Account"
  1. Complete "Sign Up Now"
  2. Verify the email by entering it and clicking "Send Verification Code".
  3. Enter the code received from "Microsoft on behalf of CDISC" and click "Verify Code".
  4. Once verified, enter a new password, display name, first name, and last name.

You will receive another email confirming what you can access and your API Key.

Receive a message that says "Your password is incorrect"

  1. Click "Forgot Your Password" and follow the reset process.
  2. You will receive a code in the email from "Microsoft on behalf of CDISC" which you will enter and click "Verify Code".
  3. Verify your email as before and enter a new password.

Completed Sign Up Now but did not receive the follow-up email

The follow-up email typically sends within two hours of registration, at which time the Library API key becomes available.

Find the Sign Up / Sign In process unresponsive or behaving unexpectedly

  1. Clear the local cache: Ctrl + r (Windows) or ⌘ + Shift + r (MacOS).
  2. Due to variety of popup blocker implementations, we recommend these actions:
      1. Review web browser documentation for default popup blocker behavior. If possible, whitelist cdisc.org to prevent future blocking.
      2. Review web browser's extensions installed. If possible, whitelist cdisc.org to prevent future blocking.
      3. Some ad blockers come with popup blocking functionality. If possible, whitelist cdisc.org to prevent future blocking.

For email changes we recommend creating a new CDISC ID account with your desired email address. 

Please re-register using your new email address. We cannot alter your CDISC ID email address within an existing account.
