For di.xpt, it common in device submissions to include the model and serial number so that the device under study is uniquely identified. For the TAUGs this may not be absolutely necessary to uniquely identify the device used. However, I think that it is good practice Other TAUGs uniquely identify the device used in the studies. So, to be consistent with other TAUGs, I would recommend adding model and serial number to the DI examples in this TAUG.
