SDTM SAS-based format enforces 8 character limitation.
XML based CDISC standards (e.g., DataSet-XML) do not require such limitation.
This project goal is support exports of data that in legacy mode conform to the 8 character limitation and in enhanced mode allow for names to exceed 8 character limit.
The project works with CDISC Controlled Terminology.
