Create a PUBLICATIONS (PUB) JIRA issue (ticket) titled, "Public Review - SDS QRS Supplements - Mon YYYY".
Add the following text to the description section of the JIRA ticket. Put the information together in Wiki and then copy to the JIRA ticket.
1. The SDS QRS Subteam is requesting review and approval to post the following supplements for public review (JIRA Project QRSSUPP):
- Include a list of QRS Supplement names and the link (show full path) to where they can be found.
- For example:
- SDTM QS Supplement - CES v1 Public Domain: https://wiki.cdisc.org/display/QRSSUPP/SDTM+QS+Supplement+-+CES+v1+Public+Domain
- SDTM QS Supplement - PCL-5 v1 Public Domain: https://wiki.cdisc.org/display/QRSSUPP/SDTM+QS+Supplement+-+PCL-5+v1+Public+Domain
- etc.
Create the public review checklists and announcement and include the links here.
2. xxxx has prepared public review documents for review by Ann (30 day review).
- Include the pubic review posting instructions, public review posting announcement, and parent page for public reviews.
- For example:
- July 2019 QRS Supplements Public Review Posting Instructions
- July 2019 QRS Supplements Public Review Posting Announcement
- Public Review (This is the parent page for public review instruments. It has a short note to reviewers and links to the instruments and instructions for reviewers.)
Add the following steps to the end.
3. Ann to review the Public Review Posting Announcement and post to CDISC website.
4. Dana/Steve to send announcement and post to wiki home page.
