Roles and Responsibilities	Rhonda Facile	Presented the updated Roles and Responsibilities spreadsheet Decided to call all external (to the CFAST project and program teams) roles REPRESENTATIVES. Term/QS, SDTM, CDASH, and ADaM folks on the project level will be called REPRESENTATIVES. The term LIAISON will be reserved for the FDA and NCI- BMIC roles as they truly represent large organizations.
Terminology Task Map	Bernice Yost	Showed the terminology task map This map should be read with the full TA task map Colors correspond to the TA Standards Development Process Stages Step and stage numbers are in the bottom right hand corner of each task, but the process is ongoing There are notes on a few of the tasks
TA Multiple Term Request Spreadsheet	Bernice Yost	Went through the updated spreadsheet Possibly create a drop down for "current status" column (In Progress, Denied, Already Exists, Approved) Terminology requests can be submitted in stages, the Terminology Representative would need to keep track of the requests How do the terms connect with Metadata? Still need to discuss linkage between the documents
