• Requirement: Conditional
• Cardinality: One or more def:WhereClauseRef elements is Required for each ItemRef child element within a def:ValueListDef.
• Business Rules:
  • Not allowed as a child element of an ItemRef element if the parent node is a def:ItemGroupDef element. It will be considered non-conforming.
  • If more than one def:WhereClauseRef elements appear in an ItemRef child element within a def:ValuelistDef, they are interpreted as a logical OR.
