CDISC invites you to submit comments on one or more of the following QRS supplements to the Study Data Tabulation Model Implementation Guide (SDTMIG) during Public Review:

• Covi Anxiety Scale (COVI)

• Deployment Risk and Resilience Inventory-2 (DRRI-2)

• Disease Steps (DISEASE STEPS)

• Functional Activities Questionnaire (FAQ)

• Glucose Monitoring System Satisfaction Survey Version: Type 1 Diabetes (GMSS VERSION TYPE 1 DIABETES)

• KDIGO AKI Stage (KDIGO AKI)

• Patient Determined Disease Steps (PDDS)
