1. Review Model:
   1. Removal of defunct model elements
   2. Review published model elements to see if changes/clarifications need to be made
   3. Addition of new model elements
   4. New CT to support those specific terminology values in the transmission model? Phil thinks NO; these are not required by regulators so there is not a good reason to put resource towards maintenance of a new superset of CDISC. Their intent was always merely a suggestion
2. Confounding issues we must stay aware of:
   1. LB/LC domain requirements for SI and conventional units
   2. LOINC requirement
3. Aims:
   1. Update model based on modern version of SDTM
   2. Create a model that works for any specimen-based lab domain
