• Requirement: Conditional
• Cardinality: One or more WhereClauseRef elements is Required for each ItemRef child element within a ValueListDef.
• Business Rules:
  • Not allowed as a child element of an ItemRef element if the parent node is a ItemGroupDef element. It will be considered non-conforming.
  • If more than one WhereClauseRef elements appear in an ItemRef child element within a ValuelistDef, they are interpreted as a logical OR.
