Topics:

1. Updates for IG 4SDTMIG v4.0 (in the order of urgency that needs resolving):
   1. Removing examples from domains and moving to Example Collection.
   2. Update MB domain assumptions: add new assumptions and rules about multi-target MB detect/identify tests.

   3. Update MB MS Domain Spec Table:  the the SDS team wants us to remove the MSRESCAT variable - an outstanding issue since IG v3.2 . The values

      . Values previously mapped to MSRESCAT (i.e. SUSCEPTIBLE, INTERMEDIATE, or RESISTANT) need to be the result of remapped elsewhere. A possibility is to create a result codelist for the MSTEST = Microbial Susceptibility.

   4. Update IS domain assumptions #6: cytokine tests maybe in both LB and IS depending on the purpose of the test.
   5. Requests Request to add LOINC variables to IS and MB.
   6. Resolve JIRA issues related to IG4.0.
   7. Review NSVs that have been used in MB for a while (3 IGs now) and turn them into standard variables?
2. Moving HLA antibody/ag typing and mistchmatch examples from LB to IS - kidney transplant TAUG.
3. Discuss creating STRESC codelist: a single STRESC codelist for most specimen-based domains vs. domain specific STRESC codelists .
   1. Note: as of now we need to create a MS-specific STRESC codelist because the SDS team wants us to remove the MSRESCAT variable - an outstanding issue since IG v3.2. The values mapped to MSRESCAT (SUSCEPTIBLE, INTERMEDIATE, or RESISTANT) need to be the result of the MSTEST = 
   (potential Cross-team work with lab and CP)
