SDTM SAS-based format enforces 8 character limitation.
XML based CDISC standards (e.g., DataSet-XML) do not require such limitation.
This project goal is to support exports of data that in legacy mode conform to the 8 character limitation and in enhanced mode allow for names to exceed 8 character limit (and still conform to other requirements (e.g., no spaces, no reserved special characters)).
Tasks:
- Analyze CDISC CT and limit the scope of the project to a subset of CDISC CT terms
- Understand current SHARE infrustructureSHARE infrastructure
- Extend NCI EVS concept parameters with a concept property that supports enhanced mode data wrangling (export)
The project works with CDISC Controlled Terminology.
