Note that the concept of "MASS 1" (in CLSPID) is different from "Injection site 1" (in FOCID), in that information in the FOCID variable is known prior to the examination, but the mass ID/sponsor applicant identifier is assigned as part of the examination. FOCID thereby qualifies the test, whereas CLSPID qualifies the result.
