The implementation details for this questionnaire (OGI-S, OGI-C, and OGI-I) are meant to be used in conjunction with the Study Data Tabulation Model Implementation Guide (SDTMIG) but are recorded separately because these instruments may be used in a variety of therapeutic areas.
