You will need to log in or register for the CDISC Wiki to access documents and provide comments.  

  • To register for the Wiki: Register. JIRA and Wiki use the same login, please create only one account.
    CDISC Wiki is a different login from www.cdisc.org.

To add comments to JIRA from within the Wiki:

  1. Include Page

  2. Include Page

    PUB:_add_issue_within_wiki_step2
  3. Check to make sure the project selected (the first part of the first line under the title of the form) is "ADQRS".
    1. It it isn't, click on "Edit" on the same line to convert the line into two drop-down menus.
    2. Choose "ADQRS" from the first drop-down menu.

  1. Go to the "ADQRS" project in JIRA at: https://jira.cdisc.org/projects/ADQRS

  3. Make sure the project is set to "ADQRS" and the issue type is set to "Review Comments".
  4. Fill out the form.
    1. In the Summary field, describe the content to which the comment applies. 
    2. Enter your comment, and any additional details, in the Description field field. To help the team address your comment properly, be thorough.
