  1.  IQ is a special purpose domain for listing the quantities of both the tobacco ingredients and non-tobacco ingredients of a tobacco product. Quantities are listed for each ingredient by the component or complex ingredient in which they appear in the tobacco product.
    1. This allows for situations where the same ingredient appears in multiple components of the tobacco product, and for listing quantities of that ingredient separately by each of those components.
