CDISC is pleased to announce the following Questionnaires, Ratings, and Scales (QRS) supplements to the SDTMIG are now entering the Internal Review period to solicit your feedback.  All supplements are located on the CDISC Wiki at https://wiki.cdisc.org/display/QRSSUPP/Internal+Review:

We strongly encourage organizations that actively use these instruments to review the supplements at this point in the development process.

• Harvey-Bradshaw Index (HBI)
• Kurtzke Functional Systems Scores (KFSS)
• Modified Van Assche Index (MVAI)
• Pain Relief (PR)
• Patient Health Questionnaire - 9 (PHQ-9)
