A reference to an ItemGroupDef as it occurs within a specific FormDef (deprecated), StudyEventDef or ItemGroupDef. The list of ItemGroupRefs identifies the types of item groups that are allowed to occur within this type of form, studyevent or (nested) itemgroup.
