OR discontinue controlling ORRESU (not gonna happen - this battle has been fought one too many times).
Action Item: Incorporate this new variable into our proposal and add column to our examples.

A. We think the test value is really a category, the information is test detail is part of the test and part of the mrkstr
B. Have we found a valid use for TSTDTL within the model? No, we have not and so will not incorporate it into our model but make the variable permissible in case a sponsor finds a use for it.
This team will not attempt to find a consistent, controllable way in which TSTDTL must be used in this domain.
